Founder & CEO

Hi.[erme] was founded by Ashley Ramalho, an executive search and operations expert. She got her start in talent sourcing for private equity, venture capital, public, and private companies, and quickly rose to management of research, sourcing, and data teams. Having a 'player-coach' leadership style, Ashley has actively sourced talent for up to 35 searches at a time, while creating collaborative [in-person & remote] teams and culture.

She was recruited into business operations within executive search, serving as a Vice President of Operations for multiple executive search companies, one of which a venture capital firm. She has worked with hundreds of searches needing Director level and above executive search services, as well as buy & sell-side advisory services. She has been instrumental in bringing in new clients and revenue with strategic business development initiatives across a variety of industries, functions and ownership structures [and loves herself a good Pitchbook seat].

Ashley has an insatiable curiousity and passion for understanding that is perfect for the executive search industry, paired with high operational ability to automate processes and create systems to innovate [and simplify] the hiring process. Her most recent position had her over P&L/Financial, People/HR, Operations/EOS, Data/I.T., Marketing, and all training and professional development. She prioritizes ethics, integrity and hard work -- and strives to work with likeminded clients and leaders needing to attract and retain high-level talent using inclusive hiring strategies.

Ashley founded Hi.[erme] knowing that she can put her start-to-finish executive search experience to work, offering a much more cost-effective, flexible, innovative way to place top talent, while prioritizing quality of work with a smaller, more strategic search-load. She also makes digital and physical product guides, checklists, journals, and other tools for individual purchase.
